CTOnews.com, Oct. 17, according to the official Microsoft blog post, Microsoft has invited Microsoft Targeted Release users who have purchased a Teams Premium license to test the public preview version of Teams to access and view the participation information of meeting members.

Participation information (Engagement information) can be used to assess participants' interest in the theme of the meeting, as well as their views on the format and structure of the meeting.

Meeting organizers can collect and view participant interaction data such as Reaction, hands up, camera on and so on in the Attendance tab after a meeting or webinar.

Checking for new features is very simple. Users who have organized past meetings can go to the meeting and click the chat pane. They can then click the attendance tab to get statistics, such as the start and end times of the meeting, the average attendance time, and so on.

Currently, this new feature is only available for the online version of Teams, and conference organizers can access it through Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers.

According to blog posts, the attendance and participation tabs will be added "soon" to Windows and Mac Teams applications, but there is no specific schedule when this feature will be added to these applications.
