CTOnews.com, Oct. 21, according to documents disclosed in September this year, Microsoft had planned to buy Nintendo. Doug Doug Bowser, president of Nintendo USA, recently commented on the previous disclosure in an interview with the media, saying: "We have a good relationship with Microsoft."

CTOnews.com reported in September this year that an email released in August 2020 showed that Spencer believed that Nintendo's board was actively promoting the appreciation of the company's stock, and Microsoft was the most likely American company to cooperate.

Given that Microsoft board member Valueact is also buying a large number of Nintendo shares, Spencer believes that this will create opportunities for both sides, and Microsoft board can fully support the acquisition of Nintendo (and V news agency) when the opportunity arises.

In an interview today, Bao Ze responded to the previously disclosed acquisition plan, saying:

We have a very good relationship with Microsoft and have engaged in deep cooperation in many areas, which has been reflected in Switch.

"my World" has been launched on the Switch console, and we have brought the Banjo-Kazooie series to the Nintendo Star Battle game, and we expect this partnership to continue.

Microsoft signed a 10-year contract with Nintendo earlier this year to facilitate the Blizzard acquisition, and hopes to introduce games such as call of Duty to the Switch console in the future.
