CTOnews.com, October 25, Qualcomm said in its keynote speech today that the number of devices with Snapdragon processors in the world has exceeded 3 billion, indicating Qualcomm's absolute dominance in the global equipment field.

Qualcomm has demonstrated its strength in hardware, so the next goal is to build a "seamless experience" system ecology, so it launched Snapdragon Seamless.

Dino Bekis, vice president and general manager of wearable and mixed signal solutions at Qualcomm, said: "Snapdragon Seamless breaks down the barrier between the terminal and the operating system and is a cross-terminal solution that truly adheres to the concept of 'customer first'."

CTOnews.com previously reported that companies including Microsoft, Android, Xiaomi, Asustek, Glory, Lenovo and OPPO are working with Qualcomm Technology to enable the multi-terminal experience with Snapdragon Seamless, which will be launched on the terminal platform released worldwide as early as this year.
