Using USB-C interface to charge, the new Apple Apple Pencil is exposed.
CTOnews.com, Oct. 26, Apple recently released a new Apple Pencil that costs 649 yuan, which is cheaper than the previous two generations of products.
The new Apple Pencil looks similar to the second generation, but it is charged differently, using the USB-C interface instead of charging wirelessly. Its charging port is hidden under a sliding pen cap, and technology journalist Jake Krol today shared a short video demonstrating this feature.
The new Apple Pencil will go on sale in early November, but the exact date has not yet been announced. It is compatible with all iPad models with USB-C interface, including the latest ten-generation iPad. CTOnews.com noted that due to the lower price, the new Apple Pencil lacks three important features compared with the second generation, namely pressure sensing, double-click switching tool and wireless charging, but still supports the latest 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro Apple Pencil levitation.
