According to reports, the Ying Ruida T500 SSD uses a group E25 controller and Meguiar 232L 3D TLC NAND flash memory, equipped with LPDDR4 cache.
In terms of parameters, the sequential read speed of this series of SSD can reach 7400 MB/s, the sequential write speed can reach 7050 MB/s, the random read speed can reach 1180k IOPS, and the random write speed can reach 1200k IOPS. The total number of 1TB models can reach 600 TBW.
