Some Google Pixel Watch 2 users reported that there was a charging problem with the watch.
CTOnews.com, November 3, according to several Pixel Watch 2 watch users, the watch cannot be recharged after the watch and charger are properly connected. It is not clear whether it is the charger or the watch itself.
Users who have tried to change the charging cable, charging head, socket location, or even connected directly to the USB port on the laptop failed to charge the Pixel Watch 2 watch correctly.
A user has no choice but to go to the nearest store, can use the store charger to charge his Pixel Watch 2, but has no choice but to buy a new original charger, but this is only an example.
Google officially did not acknowledge the above problems, and the user contact did not receive satisfactory after-sales support, but received a "we will reply to your feedback later."
CTOnews.com note: Google does have an official support page that details how to charge Pixel Watch 2, including not supporting the wrong direction, cleaning the back surface of the watch, etc., but users still can't charge it properly.
