CTOnews.com, November 7 (Xinhua) Mishaal Rahman (Mishaal Rahman) recently tweeted on the X (Twitter) platform that Flipper Zero, which can launch a Bluetooth pop-up attack on iPhone, will not cause a crash or restart for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phones.

CTOnews.com previously reported that a $170 Flipper Zero attack tool could send fake radio signals to devices such as nearby smartphones and achieve a denial of service (denial-of-service) attack through dense Bluetooth pop-up windows.

Based on the test, Google Fast Pair uses low-power Bluetooth (BLE) to detect nearby accessories and pair them. The system detects spam attacks and stops displaying device pairing pop-ups after a period of time.

Samsung's Nearby Device Scanning won't stop the attack, but it won't cause the phone to crash or restart.
