Geely Holdings Group sold 277800 vehicles in October, while new energy sold more than 100000 vehicles.
CTOnews.com November 13 news, Geely Holdings Group announced a total October sales of 277800 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 19%. Of these, 106700 new energy vehicles were sold, up 65% from the same period last year, and the new energy penetration rate reached 38% in a single month.
CTOnews.com noted that Geely Automobile Group (Geely, Lecker, Polar Krypton and Ruilan) sold 180706 vehicles in October, up 19% from a year earlier, 6% month-on-month, and 62086 new energy units.
Volvo sold 59861 cars worldwide in October, up 10% from a year earlier, and 15041 in China. Among them, RECHARGE new energy models accounted for 36%, and pure electric models accounted for 18%.
Proton sold 12772 vehicles worldwide in October, and the Proton X50 sold more than 100000 vehicles in three years.
