The new Yahoo search will be launched in 2024, and more AI and advanced features will be introduced in the future.

Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen Coje_He for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com, Nov. 16 (Xinhua)-- Yahoo! is an American Internet service provider with well-known services such as portals, mailboxes, sports and news.

At today's SMX search engine marketing conference, Yahoo Senior Vice President and General Manager Brian Provost said that the new Yahoo will be launched in the first few weeks of 2024.

We expect the Yahoo search team to introduce more basic features in the first few weeks of 2024 (perhaps as soon as a few months later), and will continue to introduce more artificial intelligence and advanced features in the future.

According to the source Pixabay, Yahoo was founded in January 1994, and Yahoo means "another hierarchical, informal prophecy" (Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle).

For a variety of reasons, Yahoo, once all-powerful, fell from the top after entering 2000, until it was finally replaced by sites such as Google and FaceBook.

Although Yahoo used stock to acquire many start-ups, it failed to keep up with the changes in the Internet wave, leading to the sale of Yahoo's core business to Verizon in cash of $4.48 billion (CTOnews.com Note: about 32.48 billion yuan) in 2016.
