CTOnews.com, November 16, European automotive giant Stellantis Group announced that its first "SUSTAINera Circular economy Center" will be unveiled and put into operation at the group's Mirafiori plant in Turin, Italy, at 14:30, November 23, 2023 (CTOnews.com note: 21:30, Beijing time, November 23, 2023).
Stellantis Group Chairman John Alcan (John Elkann) and Stellantis Group Global CEO Carlos Tavares will attend the unveiling ceremony and start the operation of the center.
According to reports, the Stellantis Group's "SUSTAINera Circular economy Center" is the main business unit that supports sustainable business models for complete vehicles and vehicle parts resources, involving the remanufacturing of vehicle parts and electric vehicle batteries, vehicle repair and renovation, and vehicle disassembly.
Stellantis Group said it plans to expand the business globally.
