The Chinese market comes first! Weilai announced the construction of more than 20000 car charging piles, with BYD and Tesla being the most used by car owners.

CTOnews.com announced today that it has more than 20000 charging piles, making it the auto brand with the largest number of charging piles in China, covering 306 cities.

Weilai is also actively deploying high-speed overcharge network, building 1090 high-speed overcharge piles, of which 228 high-speed 500kW ultra-fast filling piles, has become the domestic automobile brand with the largest number of high-speed overcharge piles.

CTOnews.com noted that Xilai also posted a scale chart of users of other brands using Xilai charging posts, indicating that 80 per cent of the charge was provided to non-Weilai users, providing charging services for more than 110 brand models. Among them, BYD and Tesla are the top two other brands.

In addition, more than 2100 power stations have been arranged in Xilai, and the official goal is to fully build a high-speed power exchange network of 9 vertical and 19 horizontal large urban agglomerations by 2025.
