CTOnews.com, December 2 (Xinhua)-- Mojang Studio Game Studios recently announced a senior change. Helen Helen Chiang has been promoted to Chief operating Officer (COO), and the current game director position has been managed by Abdsa Bredin.

CTOnews.com Note: Chiang became head of Mojang's business in 2018 and sold 144m copies of my World when he took over.

At the Minecraft Live 2023 event in October this year, Chiang announced that "my World" had sold more than 300 million units, reaching a new milestone on the basis of the highest-selling game achievement in history.

"as we approach our 15th anniversary, my World remains one of the best-selling games of all time, with sales of more than 300 million copies, a milestone we could never have dreamed of when we placed our first brick," Helen Chiang said.

"my World" does not have a fixed goal or plot, but allows players to decide how to play according to their own imagination and creativity, everything can be decided by themselves.

Players can fight hostile creatures in survival mode, use squares and items indefinitely in creation mode, and cooperate or compete with other players in multiplayer mode.

The successor to Chiang as head of the studio is sa Bredin, who has been working at Mojang for a little more than two years and has been in charge of the core Minecraft for the past few months.
