Musk: Grok AI beta is officially available to all X Premium + subscribers in the United States
CTOnews.com, December 8 (Xinhua)-- Elon Musk's artificial intelligence startup xAI launched its first AI assistant, Grok, last month. Musk posted a post on the X platform today, claiming that the Grok AI beta is now officially available to all X Premium + subscribers in the United States.
It is reported that users of the existing X platform can subscribe for $16 a month (CTOnews.com Note: currently about RMB 114) or $168 a year (currently about RMB 1200), according to a post posted by Musk, a ▲ image source.
CTOnews.com Note: the word Grok comes from Robert A. Heinlein's 1961 novel Strangers in a strange land.
Musk believes that the biggest difference between OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Bard and Microsoft's Bing Chat,Grok is the sense of humor.
Musk has previously said that Grok uses billions of data points from public data for training, but it is not clear what data is being used. In addition, he mentioned that Grok will be able to access the X platform in real time, so this is a huge advantage over other generative artificial intelligence.
