Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Xiaomi Jingming Technology Co., Ltd.

CTOnews.com also found that since September this year, Xiaomi Jingming Technology Company has successively set up 17 technology companies with the name "Jingming" in many places in China, including car sales and vehicle sales of new energy vehicles, with investments in more than 10 provinces such as Guangdong, Sichuan and Zhejiang.
