Intel Core Ultra processor single-core performance exposed: not as good as the old i7-1370P

CTOnews.com, December 14, VideoCardz today revealed the official performance information of Intel's upcoming Core Ultra processor. According to Intel PPT, the new Ultra 7 165H processor has less single-threaded performance than the old i7-1360p.

As shown in the figure above, the single-threaded performance of the Ultra 7 165H processor is 12% higher than that of the AMD R7 7840U processor, but not as good as the older i7-1370p processor. The table also shows Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen3 processors, whose single-threaded performance lags far behind Intel and AMD models.

For reference, i7-1370P is 6p core + 8e core, Rui frequency 5.2GHz. According to the revelation, Ultra 7165H is 6p core + 8e core + 2LPE core, Rui frequency 5.0GHz.
