In 2023, China's new market share accounted for 36.8%, and a sound development system was established in technological innovation, industrial application and industrial ecology, forming a positive cycle. This is the largest single market in the world, the field of basic software, which has become the first share in just four years, setting a record.

Build a global open source ecology and build an international open source collaboration platform

Euler has been committed to building an international open source collaboration platform, bringing together global open source forces, contributing wisdom to the world's open source, and always supporting 98% of the world's open source software. Euler's continuously integrated operating system has entered the cloud native, big data, storage, database, and SPDX communities to achieve native support and use it out of the box.

In the aspect of full scene construction, define innovative software metadata description files, adapt to the upstream software of many formats, and realize the unified construction of the whole scene through EulerMaker. In the aspect of full-link collaboration, through the application software platform, connect a large number of upstream software and community users, achieve classification aggregation and pre-verification of upstream software, as well as user common problem feedback fast closed loop, greatly improve the efficiency of cooperation.

The development has been accelerated since the donation of openEuler to the Open Atomic Open Source Foundation. In December 2022, the Open Atomic Open Source Foundation announced that openEuler has been upgraded to a project group, which can operate independently in terms of governance charter, community operation, fund-raising, etc., accept open source projects to join, and use openEuler project group infrastructure, operations, marketing and other resources. In the first half of 2023, nine projects completed the signing of donation intentions, and 13 new projects were signed, mostly for solutions, involving the whole scenario and the whole development process. After donation, new innovative forces will be injected into openEuler from the dimensions of cloud native, AI, intelligence and monitoring.

OpenEuler open source community adheres to the principle of "co-building, sharing and co-governance" and works together with the whole industry chain to build a sustainable operating system industrial ecology.
