CTOnews.com December 22 news, Microsoft recently re-released Win11 23H2 update image, fixed in the initial setup phase can not start the narrator BUG.

Microsoft released Win11 23H2 mirror on October 31, CTOnews.com reported in November this year that Microsoft updated Windows Health Panel, acknowledging that there is a Narrator issue in Win11 23H2 update.

Microsoft acknowledged in the Health Panel that after users install Win11 Version 23H2 using physical media or CD images (ISO), the narrator may not start or be unresponsive after opening.

Microsoft wrote in the release page of the new Win11 23H2 image

Starting December 19, 2023, users can download the new Win11 23H2 installation image, and this update also includes security updates for December.

Users can download it from the Windows 11 Software Downloads page in the Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 Devices section.
