Google is testing Search Lite applications: providing search services for users in areas where the network is not smooth
citing foreign media Android Police, Google recently placed an advertisement on the Facebook social network in Indonesia, inviting local users to test the new app. According to the content of the ad, the new app tested, called Search Lite, should be a search app developed in response to the poor network environment in markets such as Indonesia and India.
for areas where the network connection is poor, Search Lite applications can better save traffic, feedback search results faster, and support offline features. It is not clear how big the app will be, but it will technically take up less space and running memory.
in addition to the search function, the Search Lite app also provides news, translation, weather, cricket matches, cooking recipes, TV, songs and so on. Natural users can also set it according to their preferences, adjust the order and remove content that is not of interest.
