--no-data Export does not contain data from tables

--routines Export contains stored procedures and functions (Note: Export user must have select stored procedures and functions permission)

--database Export which database data (Note: If you want to export the table structure, stored procedures and functions of all instances here, do not use the--all-databases parameter, otherwise it will be impossible to import stored procedures and functions)

[root@test01]#mysqldump -h227.54.249.156 -P3306 -uroot -p --no-data --routines --database ADM CDM DW>/tmp/dw.sql

Import:

[root@test01]#mysql -P3306 -h127.54.249.18 -uroot -p source /tmp/dw.sql

PS: If you only need to store procedures and functions, you don't need table structure information, and add a--no-create-info parameter.
