A similar problem has been encountered: Oracle 11g R2.0.1 RAC grid cluster resource {crs_start listening resource name | svrctl start listener} after startup, one of the listeners cannot be started, and the manual registration of db instances entering the node {alter system register} cannot be successfully registered.

The solution (? ):

Step1:crs_stop [problem node] listening resource name

Step2: in the problem node, start the listening on this node as oracle user: lsnrctl start

Step3: if necessary, manually register the database service through the sqlplus of the oracle user: alter system register
