Requirements: how does Oracle determine that the end user has only one session in the database?

Create profile one_session limit sessions_per_user 1 alter user chenerwa profile one_session;alter system set resource_limit = true

After execution, the tests are as follows:

First connect to Oracle via PLSQL through the user 'chenerwa'

Select * from v$session t where t. "USERNAME" = 'CHENERWA'

There is only one Session, and a new SQL window is created, and an error is reported.
