1) set the windows system environment variable:

TNS_ADMIN=C:\ app\ fjz\ product\ 11.2.0\ client_1\ network\ admin

2) download the 11g solution package instantclient_11_2.zip http://pan.baidu.com/s/1i3J3glJ

Extract it to C:\ app\ fjz\ product (the first two levels of ORACLE_HOME directory)

3) PLSQL setting

Oracle home directory C:\ app\ fjz\ product\ instantclient_11_2

OCI library C:\ app\ fjz\ product\ instantclient_11_2\ oci.dll

-- installation error reporting solution

The default installation path C:\ Program Files (x86) contains parentheses with an error.

Just choose the installation path to C:\ PLSQL Developer.
