1. First find your Mysql installation directory, as shown below:

2. Open the running command window and enter cmd to open the installation directory above the dos window cd, as shown below:

3. Type mysqld.exe so that mysql can be reloaded (you can start the service manually in the list of services or enter mysqld.exe start to start the service in the dos command window just now).
