SQL statement is

SELECT Name FROM MSysObjects WHERE Type=1 AND Flags=0;

This should not be a problem, but executing it in code may cause errors due to permissions:

('42000 ', "[42000] [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] cannot read records; no read data permissions on' MSysObjects'. ")

Three Steps (Access 2013)

1. Display MSysObjects table

File-> Options-> Current Database-> Navigation Options-> Display Options

Check the "Show hidden objects, show system objects" check box

2. Modify permissions

File-> Info-> Users and permissions

Set access to MSysObjects

Hide the MSysObjects table (optional, step 1)

File-> Options-> Current Database-> Navigation Options-> Display Options

Check the "Show hidden objects, show system objects" check box
