Oh, I was in a hurry all of a sudden. How could it be like this all of a sudden? I recalled that I had modified the parameter file spfile before, but I moved it without modification. I guess that's where the problem lies.

Solution:

① first starts the database with the static parameter file pfile

② uses static parameter files to reconstruct dynamic parameter files spfile and restart the database
