Cause: Configuration exception in Oracle Configuration Manager.

There are blogs that say this doesn't affect Oracle data usage, so when the dialog pops up I select "Yes (Y)."

However, the pro-test does not work, it is recommended to install the personal version rather than the enterprise version.

Because the author tried the enterprise version many times without success, and then installed the personal version relatively smoothly, did not encounter this exception.
