Open the workbench tool:

Open the Server-Data Export on the upper toolbar

Select the database, select the one to export, and click Start Export

The Export Progress next to it shows progress.

In fact, it is realized by a sentence of mysqldump.

After completing the Export, it is Import.

In the Server-Data Import of the toolbar

Select Import from Self-Contained File

Write the dmp file path of the local Export here. Add. Sql after the last file name

Finally, click Start Import.

Done.
