Log description

ORACLE_HOME/log this is the home directory on each cluster node where trace and diagnostic log files are stored for oracle clusterware and ASM.

ORA_CRS_HOME/log//alertHOSTNAME.log contains only trace and diagnostic log files for oracle Clusterware and ASM on the local node.

ORA_CRS_HOME/log//client contains trace and diagnostic log files for various oracle grid infrastructure clients (ocrchec,ocrconfig,ocrdump,oifcfg, clscfg, etc.).

ORA_CRS_HOME/log//cssd contains the CSS log, which includes operations from the client-side CSS listener, which is archived every 20m.

ORA_CRS_HOME/log//evmd contains trace and diagnostic log files for the EVM daemon.

ORA_CRS_HOME/log//racg contains logs for resources managed by CRS, that is, logs for all nodeapp, including ONS and VIP.

ORA_CRS_HOME/log//crsd contains trace and debug logs for the CRSD daemon, which are archived every 10m.
