When the ogg software is decompressed and given the correct permissions, you will encounter the following error when starting ogg:

[root@HWZX-DB-BI ogg] #. / ggsci./ggsci: error while loading shared libraries: libnnz11.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is due to the lack of libnnz11.so library file. The location of this library file needs to be given. The solution is as follows:
