Download the ".NET & MONO" version of mysql connector on mysql's official website https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net.

Add references to all dll in the v4 folder in the reference of c#. V4 corresponds to ".NET FRAME4". Select the corresponding version of ".NET FRAME" in the properties in project.

Add "using MySql.Data.MySqlClient;" to the first column of the program
