The solution is as follows:

Step1 The path is as follows: Control Panel-System and Security-Advanced System Settings

Setp2 Environment variables:

Setp3 Select system variables-Path-Edit

Setp4 Select New-Enter the directory where mysql/bin is located, click Up, move it to the top, and finally display as follows:

Setp5 Open cmd to connect normally:
