Experiment name: Huawei virtualizes a virtual gateway with two routers

3. Configuration idea: first, create a vlan10 on the switch lsw1, add the corresponding ports to the vlan10, then configure each router with a gateway address, and finally use the router AR1 as the primary gateway and AR2 as the secondary gateway

4. Configuration steps:

# create vlan 10 on lsw1 and add the corresponding port to vlan 10

# vlan10

Port-group group-member g0/0/1 g0/0/2 g0/0/ 3

Port link-type access

Port default vla10 / / add multiple ports to vlan 10 at the same time

# configure the local gateway address on the router AR1,AR2

Interface g0/0/0

Ip address 192.168.10.253 255.255.255.0

Undo shutdown / / in AR1

Ip address 192.168.10.252 255.255.255.0

Undo shutdown / / in AR2

# next configure the virtual gateway

Vrrp vrid 1 virtual-ip 192.168.10. two hundred and fifty four

Vrrp vrid 1 priority 101 / / virtualize a gateway address on AR1 and make it have a higher priority than the default, which is 100 by default

It can be obtained in the same way

# configure the pc machine to make the gateway of the PC the ip address of the virtual gateway

Verification and testing: ping 192.168.10.254 is shown in the following figure:

# then let the primary route hang up and let the secondary route inherit the gateway
