Problem phenomenon:

Migrate the customer's database to the new minicomputer, and the customer encounters the following error when using Oracle:

Application that throws an exception: Hebcz.Platform.VM

Type of exception thrown: DDTek.Oracle.OracleException

The method that throws the exception: system. Collection. Generic.List`1 [Hebcz.Platform.DTO.VM.VMTypeDTO] SelectVmTypeByAppTypeID (Int32)

Message contained in the exception: [4031] ORA-04031: unable to allocate 3896 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool", "Select VOUCHERTYPEID,APPTYPE...", "sga heap (1mem0)", "kglsim object batch")

Solution:

Modify the values of SGA_MAX_SIZE and SGA_TARGET from 1G to 5G with the following command, and the database is normal.

SQL > alter system set sga_max_size=5G scope=spfile

SQL > alter system set sga_target=5G scope=spfile
