After downloading the mysql5.6.46 x64 zip package on the official website, there is no error in MSCVR100.dll when you are ready to register for the system service. Is the reason why the system lacks VC++.

Note:

Msvcp, msvcr and vcomp140.dll belong to VC++2015 version.

Msvcp, msvcr and vcomp120.dll belong to VC++2013 version.

Msvcp, msvcr and vcomp110.dll belong to VC++2012 version.

Msvcp, msvcr and vcomp100.dll belong to VC++2010 version.

Msvcp, msvcr and vcomp90.dll belong to VC++2008 version.

Msvcp, msvcr60, 71 and 80.dll, and vcomp.dll (without a digital version number) belong to the VC++2005 version

Downloading the corresponding version of VC++, solves the problem. My test environment is win2012 x64. The corresponding link is as follows: the installation package is only a few M.
