According to international standards, a single package of lithium batteries exceeding 35kg must pass the special approval letter of A99 issued by the civil aviation authorities of the country, including lithium battery transportation safety testing, packaging safety testing, emergency drills, A99 related documents approval and so on.

The weight of the power lithium battery pack in this transportation is about 300KG. In order to meet the requirements of aviation safety transportation, it is necessary to heat the Fordi battery pack at full charge to verify the safety of the failed battery pack under extreme operating conditions.

In addition to the safety of the product itself, the team of Fudi battery experts has developed a special explosion-proof box for aviation to ensure the absolute safety of goods in the process of transportation.

Fudi Battery said that the successful completion of this air transportation task is an important milestone on the road of safe transportation of power batteries in China, and has laid a solid step in the standardization and normalization of air transportation of power batteries. It provides data support and successful cases for power batteries to open up more efficient transportation channels.
