Wang Yu suggested: Further improve the passenger real-name system in the field of public transportation, especially in the online ticket purchase, replacement, ticket collection, ticket change, refund and other business links to increase the mobile phone real-name system verification requirements, to prevent illegal elements from making profits and damaging public safety; At the same time, the Regulations on the Administration of Public Air Transport Passenger Services shall be further improved, requiring network platform operators to verify the legal identity of the cooperating ticketing agent, i.e. whether the written permission of the carrier has been obtained, and requiring network platform operators to examine and verify whether the passenger mobile phone information reserved by the reservation party is true real-name information, and correctly transmit it to the public transport carrier.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism stated that the next step is to:

First, guide online tourism enterprises to earnestly implement the relevant requirements of the Interim Provisions on Online Tourism Operation Service Management, select qualified ticket agents and strengthen dynamic management, optimize ticket booking process, timely handle suspicious orders manually, keep passengers and platforms, airlines and airports information unobstructed, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists.

The second is to support the implementation of the Anti-Telecom Network Fraud Law of the People's Republic of China in cooperation with the departments of industry, information technology and public security, and further implement the requirements of the real-name system of mobile phone numbers.

Third, support cooperation with transportation, civil aviation and other departments to further improve the Regulations on the Administration of Public Air Transport Passenger Services, strictly examine the qualification of agents, and strengthen agent management.
