CTOnews.com, December 16, according to the latest report released by the game media VGChartz, as of November 2023, the cumulative global sales of Microsoft Xbox Series S | X game consoles reached 25.37 million, surpassing the original Xbox game consoles (24.65 million).

CTOnews.com Note: the next target for Xbox Series X | S is Atari 2600 (30 million units sold), followed by Nintendo 64 (32.93 million units sold) and Sega Genesis (34.06 million units sold).

By region, sales of Xbox Series X | S are estimated at 13.66 million in North America, 6.99 million in Europe, 540000 in Japan and 4.19 million in the rest of the world.

By comparison, the original Xbox sold 15.77 million units in North America, 7.17 million in Europe, 470000 in Japan and 1.24 million in other parts of the world.

Breaking down the sales of Xbox Series X | S in Europe, the console is estimated to sell 2.35 million units in the UK, 1.03 million in Germany and 920000 in France.
