During the exchange, Huo Liang introduced the current rocket development and recovery test of Deep Blue Aerospace, and proposed to carry out rocket recovery test and orbit launch and recovery mission at Hainan commercial space launch site next year.

Hainan Commercial Development introduced the overall planning and construction progress of Hainan commercial space launch site. Yang Tianliang pointed out that the current construction progress of various projects can meet the launch needs of Deep Blue Aerospace at the end of next year. In order to promote smooth cooperation between the two sides, he asked all departments of Hainan Commercial Development Company to maintain close communication with Deep Blue Aerospace, and to set up a special work class as soon as possible to specifically discuss issues such as docking, testing and launch procedures, so as to promote the smooth completion of the first rocket flight and recovery of Deep Blue Aerospace at the Hainan commercial space launch site next year.

During the discussion, the two sides also exchanged views on how to carry out multi-faceted, multi-dimensional and efficient cooperation under the commercial aerospace model.

Deep Blue Aerospace has previously revealed at the 25th China International High-tech Achievement Fair that the company will carry out the vertical recovery flight verification of the first sub-stage of the "Nebula-1" carrier rocket as planned, and will choose an aircraft to complete the first orbit launch-recovery mission of the "Nebula-1" carrier rocket in 2024.

According to the CTOnews.com query on the Deep Blue Aerospace official website, the Deep Blue Space "Nebula-1" carrier rocket has a diameter of 3.35m, a fairing length of 4m, and a carrying capacity of 1000 kg @ 500km, supporting rocket one-stage recovery and reuse technology and multi-engine parallel technology.
