Method 1

Set_parms hostname # this needs to be restarted, and this needs to be configured in / etc/hosts

Method 2

Vi / etc/rc.config.d/netconf

HOSTNAME= "xxxxxxxxx" # modify the computer name

OPERATING_SYSTEM=HP-UX

LOOPBACK_ADDRESS=127.0.0.1

Shutdown-ry 0 # restart the computer

Method 3

SMH- > Networking and Communications- > Network Interfaces Configuration-> Network Interface Cards press P key to modify. # restart

The summary of the problem is that when one of the server's hostname is rebooted, it is still the original hostname.

Check and find that there are two files, netconf and netconf_old (with similar names) in the / etc/rc.config.d/ folder

Delete the netconf_old file and restart server.
