After a long run, the Exchange mail system will generate 1024KB-sized log files in the log folder. The disk occupies a large amount of space and needs to be cleaned regularly to save storage space.

There are usually three ways to clean up log files:

1. Delete log files manually

Find and delete old log files directly

2. Enable the circular log function of the server

Select the mail database and enable circular logging in the maintenance settings. Remember that after enabling, you need to uninstall the database before mounting it to take effect.

3. Execute WindowsBackup to clean up Log

Create scheduled tasks and perform backup operations on a regular basis. Check the advanced option VSSFull Backup.
