The error is as follows:

Cannot connect to MySQL because the Perl DBD::mysql module is not installed or not found

Online search found that the package perl-DBD-MySQ is missing, but my yum list found that the package exists, so first yum remove, and then reinstall

Yum install perl-DBD-MySQ

Re-execution, and the inspection went on smoothly.
