SELECT * FROM(select b.*, ROWNUM rn from (select a.* from table_name a order by hiredate) b) WHERE rn BETWEEN 5 AND 10;

SQL Server is written:

SELECT TOP 11 * FROM table_name WHERE ID NOT IN (SELECT TOP 9 ID FROM table_name)

Note: In my test database, if the starting id starts from 1, the sub-query means to find the first 9 data (1 to 9), and the outer query means to start querying from the 10th data and find the 20th data, i.e. 11 data.

MySQL is written:

select * from table_name limit 9,10
