If you require the database to be case-insensitive, you need to choose the one that ends with ci.

When the above is done, click OK and a new database will be created. As shown in the figure, the test_dev database has been created, and the tables and other objects in the database that have just been created are empty, and then you can create the table objects as needed.

Next, if the database is not needed, delete the method, select for the database, right-click to select delete database.
