Failed to get DP locations as the expected version from MP 'HTTPS://YAN-CM-CM.CONTOSO.COM'. Error 0x87d00280 ccmsetup 16:58:11 on 2017-3-23 1672 (0x0688)

Failed to get client version for sending state messages. Error 0x8004100e ccmsetup 16:58:11 on 2017-3-23 1672 (0x0688)

The cause of the problem:

The above problem occurs because the type of communication between SCCM and the client computer is set to Https during the reinstallation of SCCM.

Solution:

Change the client computer communication type to Https or Http:

After trying to push the client again, a new error message appears in the client log:

Failed to find accessible source. Waiting for retry. Ccmsetup 17:47:42 on 2017-3-23 1684 (0x0694)

Solution:

Switch the client link mode of DP and MP to HTTP

After switching the client link mode of DP and MP to http, the client is installed successfully:
