Cause: Environment does not meet minimum requirements Solution:

Open the extracted database folder and

Find the stage,

then cvu,

Find the cvu_prereq.xml file,

Open it with Notepad and add something.

If you install 32 bit, you can change 64-bit to 32bit.

Save the changes and run setup.exe as an administrator.
