1. Check with SQLplus method

Win+R enter CMD and type sqlplus UserName/PWD@SID as sysdba at the command prompt to see if there are any errors.

two。 Check with TNSPING method

Type CMD in Win+R and type in the alias of the TNSPING database at the command prompt, that is, the name of the target database you configured in tnsnames.ora, to see if there are any errors.

Finally, the UP master found that he had changed the configuration information of the corresponding tnsnames.ora database yesterday, paying attention to spaces, carriage returns, horizontal tabs and so on. After clearing, repeatedly test the connection until it is connected.
