Difference:

In NAT mode, the virtual machine can still access the network, but in the eyes of the network receiver, these network requests come from the host and are not aware of the virtual machine. The external network also cannot access the virtual machine network. The IP addresses of the virtual machine and the host machine are on different subnets, such as 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2.

The help documentation mentions that if you just want to access the network in a virtual machine, using NAT is enough.

Host-Only: the virtual machine is still assigned an IP address, but this IP address can only be accessed in the environment in which the virtual machine is running. The address is not visible to the outside world.

Bridged: the virtual machine has an independent IP address and can be accessed by other hosts on the network.
