Microsoft published the article "Exchange Server TLS guidance, part 1: Getting Ready for TLS 1.2" on January 26, 2018, informing everyone that TLS 1.2 protocol will be used in the Exchange patch update around mid-March 2018, after which local Exchange and Office 365 communication in Exhange mixed environments will need to enable TLS 1.2 protocol support locally.

TLS 1.2 protocol support needs to be enabled according to local Exchange, and the corresponding Exchange patches need to be updated, specifically Exchange 2010 sp3 Roolup 19, Exchange 2013 CU19, and Exchange 2016 CU8 (or TLS 1.2 support is also enabled when installing. NET 4.7.1). After installing these updates, your local Exchange has turned on TLS 1.2 support.

Note that if Exchange Server has Exchange 2010 sp3 Rollup 20, Exchange 2013 CU20, and Exchange 2016 CU9 installed (these patches are expected to be available in mid-March 2018), TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 will be automatically disabled. If Exchange-related development programs in your environment use TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols, it is recommended that you upgrade them before upgrading the exchange patch.
