Solution: Since the remote desktop host was installed in the previous beta application, this may be the problem. Find a place to configure Remote Desktop Hosting, Start--Administrative Tools--Remote Desktop Services--Remote Desktop Session Hosting Configuration

Find the middle edit setting in the Open Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration--limit each user to one session
