Pivotal Greenplum 5.x includes all of the functionality in the open source Greenplum Database project and adds:

Greenplum Database due to licensing restrictions.

? Support for managing Greenplum Database using Pivotal Greenplum Command Center.

As can be seen from the above, the functions of the enterprise version and the open source version are similar, but the former has more services and more functions.
